3. Website Enquiries

Our website is for information and enquiries only. Services cannot be purchased directly through the website.

Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a booking or contract.

4. Service Agreement

After discussing the customer's requirements, Guidly Travel will confirm the agreed service, scope, price and any relevant conditions.

Customers should review these details and the applicable terms before making payment.

5. Payment & Acceptance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before we begin providing the agreed service.

By making payment after receiving the agreed service details and applicable terms, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and authorises Guidly Travel to provide the agreed service, subject to applicable statutory rights.

6. Invoice & Client Acceptance

By paying a Guidly Travel invoice, the customer:

  • accepts the applicable Guidly Travel Terms & Conditions;
  • authorises Guidly Travel to provide the agreed travel and/or travel-document support services;
  • confirms that all information and supporting documents supplied are genuine, accurate, complete and up to date; and
  • understands that visa, appointment and border-entry decisions are outside Guidly Travel's control.

Where specifically agreed and instructed by the customer, Guidly Travel may make payments on the customer's behalf to third parties including VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, embassies/consulates, airlines, hotels, transport providers, attractions and other agreed travel-service providers.

7. Starting Services

Where an applicable statutory cancellation period exists and the customer asks Guidly Travel to begin providing the service during that period, we may require the customer's express request before work begins.

Where required by law, we may also obtain the customer's acknowledgement regarding the effect that full performance of the service may have on their statutory cancellation rights.

8. Schengen & Travel-Document Guidance

Guidly Travel provides travel planning and travel-document guidance.

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation or regulated immigration legal services. We do not issue visas or make visa decisions.

Guidly Travel cannot guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, processing times or permission to enter any destination. These decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing genuine, accurate and complete information;
  • providing current supporting documents;
  • checking names, dates and personal details;
  • reviewing documents before submission;
  • checking booking confirmations; and
  • meeting applicable passport, visa, immigration, health and destination-entry requirements.

Customers must notify Guidly Travel promptly of any relevant errors or changes.

10. Third-Party Services

Where instructed, Guidly Travel may assist with services supplied by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, attractions, application centres and booking platforms.

Third-party services may be subject to the supplier's own availability, prices, booking conditions, amendment terms and cancellation/refund conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility Guidly Travel is legally required to accept.

11. Travel Insurance

Customers should obtain appropriate travel insurance suitable for their individual circumstances and journey.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Guidly Travel does not provide regulated insurance advice or insurance cover.

12. Group Travel

Specific terms, inclusions, exclusions, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions may apply to individual group trips.

Where an arrangement legally constitutes a package or linked travel arrangement, applicable statutory protections will apply and any legally required information will be provided before the customer becomes bound by the booking.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service provided, work already undertaken, applicable third-party supplier conditions and the customer's statutory rights.

Please refer to our separate Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

14. Standard of Service

Guidly Travel will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
